Because of my job as a Naval officer, I've moved around a lot. It's always tough to move, but the hardest
part is finding a nice, safe place to live close to work and fun things in an area where I have no friends or
family to guide me. When I found out that I'd be moving to Charleston I was really excited. I knew enough about
how beautiful and fun of a city it is that I wanted to buy my own place. I was worried though. I was worried
that I'd unknowingly buy a place in a bad neighborhood, with a bad commute, or too far from downtown to be able
to enjoy all of the things that I was excited about in Charleston. I was also worried that in this economy, I'd
