Bene Immobile di Charleston

How challenging it must be to come from a foreign country and try to adapt to strange customs, strange surroundings and strange architecture.  Although Charleston is a beautiful place, it certainly is different from Italy in a number of ways.  Bene Immobile di Charleston offers a wide range of styles, but very few of them match Italian architecture.

Never fear!  Different can be good, and you will find some great neighborhoods in which to raise your family.  Bene Immobile di Charleston covers a wide range of choices, and some exciting new developments.  Here are a few choices available from Bene Immobile di Charleston:

Daniel Island.  Although not exactly European, Daniel Island does offer many of the characteristics of a European village.  Daniel Island is an interesting offering for Bene Immobile di Charleston.  As a master-planned community within the city limits of Charleston, it is self-contained and everything you need is within walking or biking distance.   You also will find a number of sidewalk cafes, and several retail stores with residences over them.  There are walking and biking trails, and plenty of small parks and natural beauty.

I’On.  Although not as self-contained as Daniel Island and not nearly as large, the I’On development in Mt. Pleasant has won awards for it planning and architecture.  The community is designed to resemble a small town, with houses that are right along the numerous tree-lined sidewalks.  The community has a wide range of choices, most of which are inspired by Colonial architecture.  It is a very warm and inviting community.

Old Village of Mt. Pleasant.  Bene Immobile di Charleston also includes areas that are not in Charleston.  Mt. Pleasant is a booming residential community just across the Cooper River from downtown Charleston, and the Old Village section is the original fishing village that grew up just off the Charleston Harbor.  This area has the warmth and charm of a small Southern town, and offers some of the services you’d find in a village.

Sullivan’s Island.  Not far from the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant is Sullivan’s Island, which is both a town and an island.  Sullivan’s Island is a great example of a sleepy Coastal Village that is steeped in history dating back to the American Revolutionary War.  Although not all the basic services you need are within walking distance, Sullivan’s Island does have a nice selection of cafes and restaurants.  It offers a different type of Bene Immobile di Charleston, and the focus here is certainly on beach front property.

Although Charleston is a long way from Italy in many ways, these choices in Bene Immobile di Charleston will provide you with a few ways to recapture the essence of European living if only in attitude.
