Hello and thanks for visiting my website. I’m Becca Hodges, an Accredited Buyer’s Specialist and “Realtor of Distinction” with The Charleston/Trident Association of Realtors. I understand the challenges of searching for a home in an unfamiliar place and spend most of my time helping clients, who are looking to move here from somewhere else…inside the US, as well as internationally.

The process of helping my clients get acclimated to the area is really the fun part of what I do.  It’s an exciting place to get to know, as so many clients have told me over the years!
